  CANCEL AUTO-RENEW

but you don't want to be automatically renewed

Under "Action," select "Discontinue."
  UNSUBSCRIBE
You want to end access immediately

Under "Action," select "Unsubscribe."
  CHANGE PASSWORD
Password can be changed; User Name cannot

Make changes and click "Change Password"
  UPDATE YOUR EMAIL
Only if your account is still active

Change email address and click "Update."
  UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD
Your zip code must match your credit card billing address
